I got my %bodyfat measured 24.2%. I must make a realistic goal of 23% at the end of the year. I might get a gaunt face when i reach that percentage.

Another lunch out with friends... need to create that buffer again :)

I just joined the body fat challenge... reduce 4% in 4 weeks. Lets give it a try... cardio 40min 5x a week - doable.
