It's been a tough few days. From sisterly stress, to moving family belongings, to relationship stresses. All this stress has caused me to binge, over eat, go out to eat, get major stomach aches (wheat related and stress related ones).

Losing weight no longer seems to be the issue. I know I can lose pounds if I'm consistant with my foods and exercising. But one thing or the other ends up falling apart when I'm stressed out. My goal for this week is to manage my stress.

Mental health is paramount in my opinion! Take care of yourself and those you care for, the rest WILL happen. Hope you have better times..
