Diet followed very poorly. need more foods quuck to grab or foods made ahead. almonds, salad, cheese, sliced meats. mims, almond milk for protein shakes.

Make double batches like roast, stews, chicken..that can be used over several daysxwhen im under stress and dont feel like cooking. buy some dreamsfield and walmart syrup for menu changes.
