Mau tanya dong,aku udh diet gamakan gorengan/gula/minyak,dan udh olahraga hiit cardio 5x seminggu (30mnt),tp bab ga lancar dan malah naik 2kg. Tlg tips/sarannya dong temen2:(

Makan ku sekitar 800-1000 kalori /hari

Makan setidaknya sesuai bmr. Sebenarnya tubuh membutuhkan asupan lebih kalo kamu sering olah raga.

konsumsi 2 butir herbal maximus sebelum tidur bsk paginya pasti bab tu biar lancar pencernaan....
