- Овсянку замочить в кипятке на 30 минут. В чашу блендера сложить овсянку, яйцо, пахту, имбирь, отруби, взбить. Погасить соду лимонным соком, добавить в тесто (факультативно). Выпекать на разогретой сковородке без масла. Ничего не пригорает, отлично переворачиваются.
