Запеченные Морковные Сырники на Белках

Вкусно, сытно, обезжиренно, без сахара.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Творог смешиваем с манкой.
  2. Добавляем морковь, натертую на крупной терке и корицу. Перемешиваем. Белки взбиваем в пену и порционно добавляем в творожную массу.
  3. Аккуратно их вмешиваем, стараясь сохранить их воздушность.
  4. Формируем сырники, пользуясь столовой ложкой, применять их много в лепешку толстенькую. У меня получилось 13 штучек. 120 гр = 4 шт.
  5. Запекаем их в духовке 180 гр до золотистого цвета (минут 30).
