Directions

  1. Alle Zutaten (von Hand) zu einem Teig verkneten. Wenn der Teig zu trocken ist, einfach etwas Wasser nachgießen, oder wenn er zu feucht ist, etwas mehr Haferflocken hinzugeben. Gut würzen.
  2. Mit nassen Händen Frikadellen formen und in einer Pfanne mit etwas Öl oder Cooking Spray anbraten.
  3. Mit frischem Salat der Saison und Quark-Dip servieren
