Yogurt Protein Parfait
Yogurt with protein powder, berries and almonds.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix yogurt with protein powder.
- Stir in blueberries.
- Sprinkle with almonds.
- Note: I use vanilla flavored protein powder, so if you use plain powder, you might want to add a 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a Splenda packet. You can also use different berries or nuts, depending on what you have around.
