Rajas con Queso y Pollo

Cremosas y deliciosas.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Asar y desvenar los chiles.
  2. Cocer el pollo. Una vez cocido deshebrar.
  3. Cortar la cebolla en lunas.
  4. Acitronar la cebolla en el aceite. Agregar los chiles en rajas, el pollo, la crema y el queso panela.
  5. Cuando empieza a disolverse el queso panela agregar el manchego. Bajar el fuego y esperar a que se derrita e integre con los demás ingredientes.
