Bolo de Cenoura

Saudável, delicioso e sem açúcar.

Directions

  1. Bata a cenoura crua e os ovos no liquidificador, logo após bater acrescente o leite e o óleo de coco.
  2. Em uma tigela, misture o leite em pó e a farinha e depois despeje a mistura de cenoura e misture.
  3. Adicione o fermento e misture delicadamente.
  4. Coloque a massa em uma forma e leve ao forno a 180°C por 30 minutos.
