Calabacín Empanado

Sorprendentemente sabroso, pero saludable.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mezclar todos los ingredientes excepto harina de coco.
  2. Cortar calabacín en rodajas de medio cm de alto.
  3. Empanar calabacín en harina de coco y luego en mezcla con huevo.
  4. Freír en una sartén grande a fuego lento por ambos lados o en horno en papel de cocina 12 minutos , un lado y 12 minutos otro lado a 220°C.
