Easy way to make your own great protein bars.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix protein powder, oats, a package of sugar and fat free pudding, and milk together in a bowl.
- Spread mixture in the bottom of a pan, and place in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, cut into 8 squares and use like servings.

Good, but i made it according to the directions of the pudding i was using and didn't add extra sugar.

Good taste buy they NEVER set up to where you would ever be able to cut them into bars. It is like a textured pudding. I am wondering if teh ingredient amounts were correct.
