Gluten free, nightshade free and sugar free.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Precook rice.
  2. Brown onion, celery, and garlic on the stove top.
  3. Add sausage and shrimp.
  4. Add Cajun spices.
  5. Sauté 5 minutes.
  6. Add rice and beans and cook for another 5 minutes.

Does not tell what spices to use in the ingratiates list, just says "add Cajun spices" in the directions, what are Cajun spices?? I have about 3 spices in my cabinet that say Cajun in the name and they call taste drastically different.
