Protein French Toast
Protein powder + egg whites = high protein French toast.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat griddle to medium-high heat.
- Combine protein powder and egg whites together.
- Dredge both sides of bread, one slice at a time, in egg/protein mixture and place on sprayed griddle.
- Cook until browned on one side then flip to brown other side.
- Serve with sugar free maple syrup.
