Protein French Toast

Protein powder + egg whites = high protein French toast.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine protein powder and egg whites together.
  3. Dredge both sides of bread, one slice at a time, in egg/protein mixture and place on sprayed griddle.
  4. Cook until browned on one side then flip to brown other side.
  5. Serve with sugar free maple syrup.
