Verduras al Wok

Colorido, súper saludable y es ideal para una comida entre semana.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Picar todas las verduras en palitos.
  2. En una sartén con aceite, sofreír en este orden: cebollas, pimentón y zanahorias y luego sofreír durante 4 minutos.
  3. Agrega las judías verdes, sazona con sal y ajinomoto al gusto luego jengibre.
  4. Luego agregue el brócoli, revuelva, tape y cocine por 4 minutos más.
  5. Disuelva la maicena en agua fría, aproximadamente 3 cucharadas de agua y agregue a la sartén. Cocine por 2 minutos y retire del fuego.
