Ensalada de Repollo y Zanahoria

Ensalada crujiente y nutritiva elaborada con ingredientes frescos.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Lavar y escurrir la col, pasándola por agua hirviendo durante 2 minutos para que se ablande.
  2. Rallar la zanahoria y picar el repollo en tiras finas y ponerlas en un bol.
  3. Prepare el aderezo mezclando mayonesa, yogur, sal, edulcorante y mostaza.
  4. Mezclar todo. Transfiera a un plato para servir y disfrute.
