Berenjenas Gratinadas

Un platillo super sencillo pero muy delicioso que te llena.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Lavar y cortar por la mitad las berenjenas.
  2. Coloca las berenjenas en un molde para horno. Sazone con sal y pimienta al gusto y áselos.
  3. Unte la salsa napolitana en las berenjenas asadas.
  4. Cubra con queso mozzarella.
  5. Hornee en un horno a fuego medio hasta que esté bien cocido.
