This recipe looks so good but I can't eat this because it has gluten in it with the all bran and wheat germ!!

I loved the texture and I am an almond lover, so this was perfect. I had one pork chop average sized not thin sliced. This was a great meal which my daughters loved as well. They got more of the trimmings than I, but YUMMY! Definitely making again as I have a ton a wheat germ left. :)

Used a tbspn of egg beater with each pork chop to help the dry ingredients stick better.
I'm guessing a serving is one pork chop, but I'd definately like the author of the recipe to clarify this.
This was an extremely easy recipe to make and it tasted great. I served it with steamed veggies, and if the calorie count is for a single pork chop, then the entire meal was under 300cals.
I'll definately make this one again.
