Beef Taco Salad

A quick and easy taco salad for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pan. If desired, add 1 packet of taco seasoning.
  2. When beef is brown, stir in regular can of pinto beans.
  3. Mix shredded lettuce and beef and bean mixture in a large bowl. You can use pre-packaged shredded lettuce.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top of salad.
  5. If desired, add salad dressing such as fat free sour cream or chunky salsa.
  6. Makes two large salads.

Reasonable for that taco fix.

Very easy, but I think the serving size is awfully large for two people. I made the Chipotle Black Beans as a side dish and it was a great mexican meal.
