Directions

  1. Misture as farinhas, os ovos e o creme de leite até formar uma massa homogênea.
  2. Acrescente o frango desfiado e o bacon. Se precisar coloque mais creme de leite para ficar com consistência cremosa.
  3. Acrescente o fermento. Coloque em forminhas. Leve ao forno para assar por 35 minutos ou até estar dourado.

Substitui a farinha de maracujá por farinha de grão de bico que tinha aqui em casa. Pode substituir tb por farinha de aveia. Muda as propriedades nutricionais. Fica Slow Carb. Boa pra quem é menos radical...Muito nutritivo...
