Gratin de Pescada

Gratinado de pescada com cenoura, brócolos, natas e queijo mozzarella.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Refogar o alho francês picado no azeite, com sal e pimenta a gosto. Juntar os lombos de pescada e cozinhar por mais 10 minutos até o peixe estar cozinhado. Com dois garfos, separar o peixe em lascas.
  2. À parte, cozer os brócolos em água com pouco sal. Escorrer.
  3. Num pirex médio, juntar o peixe estufado, os brócolos escorridos, a cenoura ralada, as natas e metade do queijo mozzarella. Misturar e ver o tempero. Por cima, espalhar o queijo restante.
  4. Levar a forno quente até gratinar o queijo.
