Gratinado de pescada com cenoura, brócolos, natas e queijo mozzarella.

Directions
- Refogar o alho francês picado no azeite, com sal e pimenta a gosto. Juntar os lombos de pescada e cozinhar por mais 10 minutos até o peixe estar cozinhado. Com dois garfos, separar o peixe em lascas.
- À parte, cozer os brócolos em água com pouco sal. Escorrer.
- Num pirex médio, juntar o peixe estufado, os brócolos escorridos, a cenoura ralada, as natas e metade do queijo mozzarella. Misturar e ver o tempero. Por cima, espalhar o queijo restante.
- Levar a forno quente até gratinar o queijo.
