Гречневый омлет с помидорами и брынзой.

Directions

  1. Яйца слегка взбить, добавить молоко, взбить еще раз.
  2. Добавить порезанный кубиком помидор, гречневую муку, раскрошить руками брынзу. Все тщательно перемешать, вылить в предварительно смазанную форму, поставить в разогретую до 200 градусов духовку на 35-40 минут.
