Directions
- Poneos la merluza en una fuente para horno, y la rociamos con el zumo de limón, el ajo y el perejil y le añadimos una cucharada de aceite de oliva virgen.
- La dejamos en el horno a unos 200Cº durante 10 o 15 min aprox.
- Y lista para tomar. Puedes acompañarla con un poco de ensalada o con patatas o verduras al horno que pueden cocinarse en la misma fuente con la merluza y el zumo de limón. A mí me gusta añadirle unas rodajas de cebolla que le dan un puntito dulce.
