I had to weigh myself twice this morning - I assumed I would be at the same weight or a littler higher - but it looks like I went down a pound! It's been a very busy few weeks and my diet has not been as good as I would like.
We celebrated my son's first birthday on Friday last week and then had his party on Sunday. I ran around so much I barely got to eat. But of course I had room for a whoopie pie and ice cream!
My hubby just got our elliptical machine fixed, so I'm hoping to jump on it this afternoon and get back in the groove of exercising. We have spend so much time over the last few weeks getting the the house ready, laying mulch, etc. that I have not made enough time for me. So that's the goal - to make sure I get the "me" time I need to exercise so I will feel better!
