I joined Fat Secret two years ago to lose some weight before getting pregnant. I stopped using the program once I got pregnant. My son arrived in June 2011 and I'm working to lose more than my baby weight and keep it off. I'm working with a health coach through work and have set goals to eat more fruits/veggies, exercise at least 2x a week and go to sleep earlier.
I'm excited to improve my quality of life so I have lots of energy for my little guy!
