ate a lil too much for supper but it was only chicken and veggies....grrrrr
80.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds good to me!! chicken and veggies (lots of them) are great. If you like the whole veggie thing. I'm not a huge fan of them but I eat alot of peppers, cucumbers, lettuce with a wrap..those kinds of things. Looks like your doing well by your joural entries Hon!
