BS Morn = 101

Solid start to a solid day. Slept 8 hours straight. Well rested. Walked 2 3/4 miles non stop at the fastest pace I have walked in years. Sustained 2.8 mph. Not aching all over and no sever muscle tightness. Love it.

At light yesterday. Just was not hungry. Eat less then 1000 cals and had lots of energy. Woke up this morning and was not starving like usual. Was awake for several hours, did my exercise and then had my light breakfast sandwich. What a great day. Oh, And US MEN GOT GOLD IN CURLING. MIRACURL ON ICE it was.
137.2 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
