As expected, today my weight dropped about the amount I expected. This has been a normal cycle for me. Now I need to get back into the habit of documenting what I eat.

I finally got the diarrhea under control. Stopped taking Metformin. Fixed that problem after 2 years of pure liquid hell. Now I need to get back into controlling my weight.

Slept well last night. 8 plus hours. Feels good for a change. awake at 6:30 with my lovely wife, partner and care giver. She sure takes care of me great.
