Was not able to go to the gym yesterday. Feeling bloated certain time of the month:-( but when I weighed myself was surprised I was down 1 1/2lbs - yay!
104.6 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
