Fell off the wagon during the Holidays. Yrs I was bad and just wanted to eat the traditional foods I love. While I did a great deal of baking I gave most if it away. Baked this weekend and tasted part but gave most away. Today starts my first day of P2 and the very low calories. I am really ready to get back on track. I did keep off 45 pounds that I lost but was not surprised I gained as I did. OT have a good P3 to stabilize before the Holiday Season. This year I will do better as I learned just how important it is to stabilize after each round.
