Crunch time now. I haven't done very good. Well. I mean I did great and then slid back off the wagon, and I'm desperately trying to climb back on!
62.1 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
