I think I did quite well today. I didn't over eat, I didn't go crazy with soda, and I got in a decent workout tonight. I'm having a hard time sticking with the positives in life right now so I'll quit there.

So, I had major surgery 2 months ago. I had kidney cancer and had to have my right kidney removed. I'm just starting to get back into working out so I can feel better about myself again. It's quite uncomfortable when I work out, but I have to do something. So, I'm going to workout with weights 3 days per week and walk 4-5 days per week.
