Working too many hrs. need to drink more Tea/s and eat less carbs.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

You can eat carbs, just make them the whole kind...i.e. fruit, sweet potatoes, brown rice, etc.
