I am happy to see I am staying on track with my maintenance between HCG rounds. next round starts July 2nd with 3 loading days to enjoy the Holiday then 40 days of very low calories.
in am learning so much about how my body reacts to different foods. It's a process.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 25.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
