Finally broke the barrier!!! I am staying on track and intend to meet my goal this time and stay with it.
I I have learned that I cannot eat carbs like many people can. For me I end up with food cravings. I cannot consume sugar as I end up with the same result. once I reach my goal I will need to keep this in mind.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
