It may only be ounces, but I'm still losing even through my cycle. I'm so stoked to see what my numbers are at the end of March. The only hurdle I see is going to be figuring out what different things I can combine so my food choices don't get borning.

I've been off soda since Saturday making it day 5! I had my first headache this morning, but I know it'd because I just didn't drink enough water.
63.0 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
