this is really hard. why is my body not losing the weight?

Hi Ks, I'm sitting at the desk today and will give you my opinion if you want a second thought. I need some info: age, sex, height, how accurate is your journal, what is your daily eating habits (when do you eat in morning and last meal of day?) Do you snack after 6:00 pm? what in your journal are your evening snacks? Are there any medical issues or meds your on that are applicable?
