I'm watching what I eat and allowing for the occasional slip ups without getting too far down on myself. My goal is to have my mindset completely switched over to my new (healthy) way of thinking by January 1st.
Also, I've been playing sports on the Nintendo Wii. Crazy as it sounds, it's actually a good mild workout, especially the tennis and boxing.
