Things are so hectic. However I'm sticking to the basics. No breakfast, last meal 2 hours before bed and exercise whenever possible. And it seems to be working.
90.5 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
