i can't beleive i gained 2.5 pounds. I can only guess that 10 pounds in one week like last was too extream and this is my body's way of saying thats not normal. But i am going to stay on track. I have done the 20 min every day and i am just going to take up the intensity this week. still 7.5 pounds in 2 weeks is not a bad number.
