I had a strong week lost weight at both weigh in's that is why I like to weigh on mondays because I know my weekends are hard for me to stick to planned food portions. My friend had a birthday and I went wild.
Im happy with my over all progress of being able to do well the first 5 days. Today is a new day.
97.9 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
