I have not had a cigarette since 1/2/12. I have made it one full week. Friday night we went to the Watering Hole to have drinks. I had three drinks and one shot. NO SMOKE!!! That was a huge accomplishment for me. I have done fairly well with eating right over the weekned. I had a couple of chocolate chip cookies I made, but I didnt eat more than 4 the whole weekend. Took the kids to the park yesterday, and I walked around the track one time. My leg is getting stronger....I am super excited I can feel my toes and my foot is not hurting as bad. I stil have a few sharp pains in my butt cheek but it comes and goes. Overall I think my progress is going well. I am down from 205 to 199 but my slacks today feel really tight....that sux. Its raining today and is supposed to rain unitl tomorrow. I plan to get in some bowling on the WII tonight with the kids to see if I can burn a few calories. My motivation level at night is really low...so I need to push myself to do this.
