I know I shouldn't get on the scale all that much, but I need the validation that what I am doing is working. The book says not to weigh yourself, maybe once a month. I need to take "before" pictures and measurements I suppose. Anyhow, down two pounds from what I weighed monday...and with no exercise at all... 8o
