Bon l'objectif de fin d'année va être compliqué!! Il faut que je reprenne le rythme pour des repas équilibrés (ce qui n'a pas été le cas ces 5-6 dernières semaines) et surtout ne pas faire trop de sport pour éviter les blessures!!
