Really need to loose lots of pounds. After reading about the fast diet on Authority Nutrition I thought it might work and decided to give it a try. First fast was last Thursday and now today. I love food so it is hard.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
