Today is the begining of a new HEALTHIER me.I brought a bag full of fruit with me to work. I have started on my first cup of water. I brought Lean Cuisine for lunch...so no need to run out to grab fast food. I plan to leave at a normal time today (430ish) and walk tonight for 30 minutes with my girls before dinner. I can do this if I set my mind to it.
Yesterday I smoked ONE and only ONE cig. NONE today.
92.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
