Stopped recording for a bit, and saw myself at 87 when came back from camping...it seems to be edging upward, so yesterday I started I started with the remainder of the Korean dietary supplement that I had on hand from about 2~3 years ago...it did it's job, I ate very little...and now dropped 1.6kg in a day...not the best method, but I need some help now. The heat is killing us here, and any extra weight gain is miserable. I'll have to decide after 10 days when this runs out whether to go and stalk up with another round. I was hoping to just lose the weight without any outside supplements this time, unfortunately it doesn't seem to be so...
