Able to relieve myself today, so recorded that weight rather than the 87.8 that I woke up with. still early morning, before 7am, still waking up early, 4:30am, but slowly coming around and getting over the jetlag.

very disappointed in my progress. somehow too the community feature doesn't exist on my cellphone app anymore. Draiglist if you do read this, could you please advise? i enjoyed that feature.

really fighting with weight these days. can't seem to switch over to a normal sleep schedule. i think that'll help. woke at 1am and was this weight, then ate and woke up at 5am and was 87.9kg. i recorded the lower amount....

steady weight

woke up and ate at 3am. having trouble with jetlag still. will include 3am dinner on Monday's plan...I woke up at 10pm, took dog for walk then was sooo hungry I couldn't ignore it. broke down and had a tuna sandwich, which helped put my calories way over targeted goal. in fact it's an extra meal tacked on. hopefully I can sleep through night though now, and within the week have myself turned around.
