Ok the holiday weekend has not been my friend. I am disappointed in my eating choices. Because I went over the planned food I gained weight. I am going to get back on track today as I really want to lose a few more pounds before I see my sister's. I have 3 weeks to get it done. That being said I am going to visit grandkids this weekend so I need to put a better plan together to make sure I am not gaining more weight. 😞
