This was not on the same scale as the one I used at my daughter's house for my first weigh in. I was at the doctor's office today, so that was the scale I used. I do not count the exercise I get building my paddock fence, but believe me, it is exhausting. Today I dug another three foot deep post hole and set two posts with concrete. After that I leveled road base in the run in horse shed so that I can start spreading sand. I will be able to nail on the last two panels of the fence and hang the gates this weekend. After that I will have to screw on the 2x4x 16ft top rails all around. What a job! But my horses will finally be home.
I seem to be eating and drinking a lot of carbs, so I will try to plan better in advance. Again, I think Mike's Hard Lemonade is not a good choice. But again, I'm not going to beat myself up.
